Lawrence County Empty Bowls
Did you know that 100% of the students in the New Castle Area School District receive free breakfast, lunch, and dinner at school? Once they leave however, over 90% of those same students do not know where their next meal will come from. Empty Bowls is a grassroots fundraising movement across the country where a meal of soup and bread is served, and as a token of appreciation, a handmade bowl is yours to take home with a purchase of a $10 ticket!
With all of us working together, we can end childhood hunger here in Lawrence County.
